Insure 365 Agency Inc. provides health insurance plans and is licensed to sell in All Counties of NYS.
Insure 365 Agency offers a wide range of health insurance solutions, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Plans. We work with top carriers to provide you with the best options, including plans with different network types such as HMO and PPO, to ensure that you have the coverage that best fits your needs.
HMO plans typically offer lower out-of-pocket costs, but require you to choose a primary care physician and get referrals for specialists. PPO plans offer more flexibility in choosing healthcare providers, but may have higher out-of-pocket costs.
Medicare Part A covers hospital stays, skilled nursing facility care, hospice, and some home health care services. Medicare Part B covers outpatient services, such as doctor visits, preventive care, lab tests, and medical equipment. To qualify for Medicare, individuals generally need to have worked and paid Medicare taxes for at least 40 quarters (about 10 years).
You can apply for Medicare 3 months before your 65th birthday, on your birthday month, or up to 3 months after. Applying during your 3-month window before your birthday ensures you won’t have a coverage gap.
